Our Southern office is located at Sundon Park, Luton, five minutes away from Junction 11A on the M1. With the City of London located just over an hour away, Northampton 40 minutes and Birmingham an hour and a half, our Southern office is able to offer all its customer’s quick response times.
SNB Electronics opened the Southern depot in 2017. Since then, the Southern Office has played a vital role in the manufacturing Electrical Panels for both new and refurbished inspection equipment systems.
At SNB Electronic Services, we pride ourselves on our reliable service and quick engineer response times. Due to this, we do not charge any of our customers for service contracts or ask them to sign to any annual contracts. All breakdown calls, services and calibrations will be charged at our standard rates.
SNB Luton strive to have an engineer attend customer sites on the same day a breakdown call is placed. The Southern office has highly skilled engineers who are continuously training to fix all the leading brands in inspection equipment.
SNB can conduct calibrations on a variety of branded Industrial Checkweighers, Metal Detectors, X-Rays and Combination Systems. After all calibration visits, SNB will provide customer with a certificate. SNB will keep record of the system to build a calibration history which could reduce the site time of any future calibration visits.
Our engineers carry an extensive variety of spare parts. By doing so, our engineers can fix certain issues seamlessly allowing your production lines to continue once more. Parts that engineers do not carry are either stocked at one of our depots or can be easily sourced.
Our Southern office can aid you to receiving your new inspection equipment unit in six simple steps.
To start the process, SNB Luton will either arrange a meeting or call with you. This initial chat is to talk about your production, the products that will be inspected and any other requests you may have.
From all the information gathered, our Sales team will converse with the SNB Design team to send across a formal quote.
Once all the details have been confirmed, our SNB Design team will start to design a CAD. This will be drafted in a matter of days and will also be sent for approval prior to the start of the unit being built.
After approval of the CAD design, our workshop engineers will get to work putting your new system together.
When your system is finally built, SNB will invite you to PDI your new machine. This gives customers a chance to see the unit before it is delivered.
Finally, one of our engineers will attend site to deliver, commission and show operators how the new system works.
Our SNB Luton depot is home to a wide variety of used and refurbished metal detectors, checkweighers and combination systems available for new and existing customers to rent. All our refurbished stock have different sized apertures and weighing platforms. To determine which unit is best for your application, we ask manufacturers to inform us of:
Customers that specify any sensitivities will be asked to send in sample products. This will allow us to run tests on your products. Our trained engineers can deliver, commission and advise your operators how to use the rental unit.
