SNB Electronic Services Ltd currently provide Nationwide and European service support to over 600 Clients. In order to provide fast service at competitive rates we have based our service engineers from 3 UK manufacturing facilities in Leeds, Luton and Bathgate. We predominantly work with food manufacturers and suppliers to all major high street food retailers as well as other industries. Our aim is to ensure our Clients consistently meet or exceed food safety and quality standards. All of our Engineers receive on-going training to maintain their knowledge of ever developing retailer codes of practice.  We actively promote planned preventative maintenance and our Engineers are qualified to service all major brands of Metal Detectors and Checkweighers.

We aim to attend to all breakdowns within the same day, or if not, within the next 24 hours. All of our customers have the added benefit of our 24 hour technical support line, 365 days of the year.

Fast Response Times

Where possible, SNB Electronic engineers can attend any breakdown, service and repair visits the same day as a call is made. At worst, they will attend site the next working day.

Free 24 Hour Technical Support Line

365 days a year, SNB can help you with technical support over the phone. For calls that are not within our standard hours of Monday to Friday 8am-5pm, we have an out of hour’s line for customers to ring. Technical support can assist your operators on the phone in getting your manufacturing line back up and running

Calibration Certificates

After every visit that has required the calibration of a unit, your site will be provided with a certificate. On the certificate, the engineer will note any settings that have been made from the visit.

No Call Out Fee

SNB do not make charges for service contracts as we strive to offer these benefits to all our customers within the labour cost. However, for the first visit to site, we would need to raise a Proforma for payment; subsequent visits would be on standard terms. SNB provides service to England, Scotland and Wales from our Service Offices in Leeds, Luton and Bathgate. We also provide service overseas on request.

Stocked Parts

Our engineers carry a variety of parts for the leading brands in Checkweighing and Metal Detection. Our offices also hold an extensive stock of parts including spares for obsolete inspection equipment.

On Site Conveyor Belt Replacement

If your system is having issues with its conveyor belt, SNB can help. Once we have the dimensions of your belt and it’s been made/ready to be fitted, our engineers can conduct the replacement on site.

Inspection Equipment Assessments

Whether you are starting to supply to a new retailer, or you are needing to upgrade to meet your current suppliers requirements we can help. SNB Electronics can attend your site to assess any inspection equipment and provide guidance and costs.
