How Can SNB Aid Your Production?

Service

SNB can offer service from our offices in Sherburn-In-Elmet Yorkshire, Luton Bedfordshire and Bathgate West Lothian.
We are able to support customers with systems manufactured by OEMs such as Loma, Ishida, Fortress, Thermo Fisher and Mettler Toledo.

Calibration

As well as service, SNB offer all our UK customers annual, bi-annual or monthly calibration visits on metal detectors, checkweighers and combination systems.
For those customers supplying to M&S, we are also able to offer Performance Validations.

Best Sensitivity

One of our experienced engineers can help your metal detector run at optimum performance by conducting a Best Sensitivity Report. This detailed report will include the current product set up and whether the unit can achieve smaller test pieces.

Parts

From bearing housings to crowned rollers, all the way through to beacons, we hold a large stock of parts for new and obsolete equipment.
If you need further assistance, our engineers can attend site to fit any parts required.

New Equipment Sales

Purchasing new inspection equipment couldn’t be simpler.

SNB can send across a formal quotation for new bespoke metal detectors, checkweigher and combination systems suited to your production line and product types.

Out of Hours

Whether you have a question regarding a password on a Checkweigher, or your Metal Detector has timing issues, whatever the query, SNB have a 24/7 Helpline to get your inspection equipment running again.

Becoming a SNB Customer

For manufacturers that are not already a customer of ours, we can send across information and quotes for any services and products you are specifically interested.
