#580 is a Mettler Toledo Safeline Signature with an aperture 200mm wide by 160mm high, making it suitable for smaller products such as confectionery. The head has a stainless steel finish and is tuned the dual frequency of 100KHz / 300KHz.

This system is built onto a conveyor 1500mm long that has a white PU belt with a handing of right to left. On detection of a contaminated product, the system has an Alarm Belt Stop fitted. Meaning, on detection, the belt will stop and a visual and audio alarm will sound.
