SNB Stock Number #816 is a Metal Detector Checkweigher Combination Unit available for new and existing customers to hire or purchase from SNB.

This combination system has a Loma IQ3 Metal Detector fitted with an aperture 350mm wide x 150mm high. The head can achieve variable frequencies and can be set to find the best sensitivities for your products.

Fitted onto the same conveyor unit is a Penko Flex 2100 Checkweigher with a weigh platform 300mm wide by 450mm long; making it ideal for larger products such as ready meals. Overall, the conveyor unit is 2550mm long fitted with kicker reject to kick off contaminated and under/overweight products. The conveyor runs from left to right and is fitted with a PU belt.
